Bio
I am a Software Engineer for a startup game studio called PixelActive Inc. Since I started in July 2007, my primary assignment at PixelActive has been to develop the physics module for our proprietary cross-platform game engine.

In December 2007, I completed the Computer Science Masters program at the University of California, San Diego. My thesis topic was centered on the Cell Processor and the development of a minimalistic low-level framework called CAFE (Cell Architecture Framework and Extensions) for application programmers.

I spend most of my "recreational" time reading, programming, or playing video games (research!). Occasionally, I'll squeeze in some time to work on music composition.

Computers have interested me for as long as I can remember. They present a door into other worlds (whether text-based or donned with the latest next-gen graphics). Never once when I was young did I think that I was going to be a game programmer, but I am happy to say that it was one of the best surprises of my life.
